Take Online Admission Now . भरने से पहले भाषा और पंचगव्य विद्यापीठम विस्तार का चुनाव करना अनिवार्य है. पत्र भरते समय पता के अंतर्गत जिला कालम में ऑनलाइन दिए गए लिस्ट से ही अपने जिला का चुनाव करें. इस सम्बन्ध में कोई समस्या होने पर हेल्पलाईन +91 944 50 666 26 (सप्ताह में 6 दिन, सोमवार से शनिवार प्रात: 10 बजे से सायं 6 बजे तक.) पर कॉल किया जा सकता है.

1. For online enrollment visit the link Online Admission Now and fill the application forms . It is mandatory to choose the language and Panchagavya Vidyapeetham extension before filling. While filling the letter, select your district from the list given online in the district column under the address. In case of any problem in this regard you can reach out on the Helpline +91 944 50 666 26 (6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.)

Documents needed: (1) self-signed copy of your final education marksheet. (2) Attach one of these for the address proof (A) Aadhaar Card Copy (B) Driving License Copy (C) Voter Card Copy (D) Ration Card Copy (3) For Birth Certificate give 10th Certificate or any one of the above.

Please fill the online application form  as per the below details.

  2. Select the course name you are applying for ADPT or IDPT
  3. Let us know if you have experience in Bharatiya Medicine if Yes provide the number of years of experience.
  4. Select the title of the name and provide the full name as given in the SSC Certificate
  5. Provide the Gender, Religion, and Nationality.
  6. Provide you Email id, Phone number, Date of Birth and Food habits.
  7. Select Known languages, Qualification and Preferred course of language
  8. Based on the preferred course of language the respective vistar Kendra details will be displayed
  9. Select the vistar Kendra from where you would like to take the course
  10. Select the Admission date as Next course date for your selected vistar kendra
  11. Upload your latest photograph: Provide scanned copy of passport size photo
  12. Upload your latest address proof: Provide Aadhar card sccaned copy
  13. Upload your Date of Birth (Certificate): Provide DOB Certificate or 10th Marksheet scanned copy
  14. Upload your Last Education mark-sheet: Last Education mark sheet scanned copy
  15. Provide Name of the Care Taker(Father/Husband), Care Taker Profession, Relationship of Care Taker and Care Takers Phone Number
  16. Provide details on How you would like to pay – course fee? (Online/Offline)
  17. Provide Permanent Address and let us know if Address is same for Communication and Permanent Address if No provide the address of communication
  18. Select the course duration and provide Examination for which year
  19.  Provide Address of School / College in which the candidate last studied
  20. Provide Name of qualifying examination passed with the Reg. number and year of passing
  21. Provide The Board / University from which the candidate passed the qualifying examination
  22. Provide details of documents enclosed (scanned copies)

किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम को ज्वाइन करने के लिए पंजीकरण शुल्क 5000 रुपये मात्र. जिसे आवेदन के समय जमा करना है. पंजीकरण शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं दी जा सकेगी.

शेष की राशि कक्षा प्रारंभ होने से पूर्व पंचगव्य विद्यापीठम के खाते में जमा कराना आवश्यक है. शेष की राशि को दो बार में पेय की जा सकती है. इसके लिए 1000 रुपये अधिक देना पड़ेगा. आवेदन पत्र मिलने के बाद आपको कक्षा प्रारम्भ होने की जानकारी दूरभाष से दे दी जाएगी। (आवेदन ऑनलाइन ही होगा https://panchvidya.org/admission/ पर आवेदन करें )

  1. बारहवीं पास हों और आयु 18 से अधिक हो.
  2. केवल दसवीं पास हो लेकिन आयु 25 से ज्यादा हो.
  3. दसवीं से कम शिक्षा लेकिन आयु 30 से अधिक हो.
  4. दसवीं/बारहवीं या कम के अंक पत्र (Mark Sheet) की 1 प्रति.
  5. जन्म दिन प्रमाण पत्र की 1 प्रति
  6. आवास प्रमाण पत्र की 1 प्रति.
  7. 6 रंगीन पासपोर्ट चित्र तथा 6 स्टाम्प आकार चित्र.
  8. रुपये 5,000 का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट (बैंक मांग पत्र) जो की निम्न पते पर जरी हो.
  9. शेष राशि कक्षा प्रारंभ होने से पूर्व डिमांड ड्राफ्ट बनवा कर जमा कराएँ.

Registration fee for joining any course is Rs 5000 only. Which has to be submitted at the time of application. Students should fill only online form.  Registration fees will not be refundable under any circumstances.

It is necessary to deposit the remaining amount in the account of Panchagavya Vidyapeetham before the commencement of class. The remaining amount can be payed in two installments. 1000 rupees more will have to be paid for this. 1. Must have passed 12th class and must be over 18 years.
2. Only have tenth pass but age must be more than 25 years.
3. Less than tenth education but age must be more than 30 years.
4. 1 copy of the tenth / twelfth or lower mark sheet.
5. 1 copy of birthday certificate.
6. 1 copy of the address proof.
7. 6 colored passport photos and 6 stamp size photos.
8. Demand draft (bank demand letter) of Rs. 5,000, issued at the following address.
9. Make demand draft and deposit before the start of class.

आवेदकों के लिए जानने युक्त जानकारी

नामांकन के बाद पढाई के लिए चार प्रायोगिक कक्षा के सेमिनार जो की क्रम से 5, 5, 3 और 7 दिनों के होंगे में सभी में भाग लेना आवश्यक होगा. पहले के दो सेमिनार विस्तार केन्द्रों पर होगी. तीसर सेमिनार भारत भर के सभी विस्तार केन्द्रों के विद्यार्थियों का सामूहिक रूप से अलग – अलग प्रदेशों में (स्थानों) आयोजित की जाती है. चतुर्थ सेमिनार जिसके साथ परीक्षा भी होती है वह कांचीपुरम स्थित विद्यापीठम के परिसर में होगी.

कुल 160 घंटे की पढाई / प्रक्टिकल्स होगी. इसमें कुल मिला कर लगभग 1 वर्ष का समय लगता है.

उतीर्ण विद्यार्थी ”गव्यसिद्ध” कहलायेंगे. जिनके लिए दीक्षांत समारोह “पंचगव्य डॉक्टर असोसिएशन” भारत के किसी भी राज्य में आयोजित करेगा. जहाँ ”गव्यसिद्धों” को दीक्षांत किया जायेगा.

गव्यसिद्धों को अपने मरीजों के लिए पंचगव्य की औषधियों के निर्माण का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा.

इसके बाद गव्यसिद्धों को 2 वर्ष तक चिकित्सा अभ्याश विद्यापीठम के किसी आचार्य के सानिध्य में करना होता है. इसके लिए गव्यसिद्ध अपने गृह क्षेत्र में ही रह कर ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था के तहद विद्यापीठम के आचार्य के सानिध्य में चिकित्सा अभ्याश कर सकते हैं. 2 वर्ष के चिकित्सा अभ्याश पूरा होने के बाद पूर्ण गव्यसिद्ध कहलायेंगे और उन्हें पंचगव्य विद्यापीठम की ओर से अभ्यास पूर्णता प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया जायेगा. गव्यसिद्ध यदि प्रोफेशनल रूप में मेडिकल अभ्याश करना चाहते हैं तो रजिस्ट्रेशन करा कर विश्व में कहीं भी चिकित्सा अभ्याश कर सकते हैं. (जिन देशों में भारत की शिक्षा को मान्यता प्राप्त है.) और अपने नाम के साथ गव्यसिद्ध डॉक्टर भी लिख सकते हैं. जैसे ”गव्यसिद्ध डॉ निरंजन भाई वर्मा”

Know information for applicants

After enrollment, it will be necessary to attend four practical class seminars, which will be of 5, 5, 3 and 7 days in order. The first two seminars will be at extension centers. Third seminar is organized collectively in different regions (places) of students of all extension centers across India. The fourth seminar with which the examination also takes place will be in the Vidyapeetham campus in Kanchipuram.

There will be a total of 160 hours of study / practicals. Overall, it takes about 1 year.

Passed students will be called “Gavyasiddh”. For whom the convocation will be held in the “Panchgavya Doctor Association” in any state of India. Where ” Gavyasiddh ” will be convoked.

Gavasiddhas will have full right to manufacture Panchagavya medicines for their patients.

After this, the Gavyasiddhars have to do medical practice for 2 years in the guidance of any Acharya of Vidyapeetham. For this, the Gavyasiddhars can stay in their home area and do medical practice through the online system’s in the guidance Acharya of Vidyapeetham. After completion of 2 years of medical practice, they will be called full-fledged Gavyasiddhars and they will be given practice completion certificate from Panchgavya Vidyapeetham.

If the professional wants to do medical practice as a professional, then by registering, he can do medical practice anywhere in the world. (In countries where the education of India is recognized.) and can write doctors with their own names. Like “Gavyasiddh Dr. Niranjan Bhai Verma”
